As ÖZEL ISPARTAKULE SUN ANAOKULU [FULYA KOÇALİ] (“School”), in our capacity as the Data Controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law” or “KVKK”), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and the relevant legislation, we may process your personal data shared through your resumes (CV) and job applications within the scope of general applications or open positions, under the framework explained in detail below.
Collection of Personal Data and Method of Collection
Your personal data as a job applicant may be collected by oral, written, or electronic means, through automatic or non-automatic methods, via:
- General application/career forms located on our School website,
- Digital applications made through e-posta or other official email addresses of our school,
- Resumes and job application forms delivered physically by hand to our School campus/offices,
- Persons authorized to provide services on behalf of the School or third-party career platforms (LinkedIn, Kariyer.net, etc.).
Your Processed Personal Data
Within the scope of your job application, the following general and special categories of personal data may be processed by the School:
- Identity Information: Your name, surname, T.C. Identity number, place and date of birth, gender, photograph, and other identity data included in your resume.
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, email address, and other contact data obtained through the channels you used to contact us.
- Legal Action, Professional Experience, and Employment Information: Content of your resume, past work experiences, titles, past institutions worked for, graduation information, certificates, reference information, competence assessment, and interview notes taken during interviews.
- Special Categories of Personal Data: Health data (disability status, etc.), criminal convictions, and security measures, optionally specified by the applicant in the resume or requested due to legal requirements or the nature of the educational service provided.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data shared by you may be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the following purposes:
- Following up the human resources policies of our School, planning, executing, and managing recruitment processes,
- Analyzing your suitability for the position, your competencies, and your professional experience,
- Conducting reference checks by contacting the reference persons you specified in your resume,
- Contacting you regarding the job application and interview processes,
- Within the Scope of General Application: Creating a “talent pool” for suitable and new positions that may arise within our School in the future, and retaining your resume accordingly.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds that it is directly related to and necessary for the establishment or performance of an employment contract, for our School to fulfill its legal obligations, and that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the School, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Important Note: If your job application is unsuccessful for the relevant position, the retention of your resume in our human resources pool for future positions is entirely based on the legal ground of your “Explicit Consent” to be obtained at the time of application.
Transfer of Personal Data
In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and the provisions of the GDPR, our School shares personal data belonging to job applicants only with the school management and authorized personnel for the purpose of evaluating recruitment processes. Apart from this, your data may be transferred to the parties specified below, limited to the specified purposes:

Retention and Destruction of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored in electronic and/or physical environments belonging to our School, by applying all necessary technical and administrative security measures against unauthorized access and loss.
In the event that your application for an open position is unsuccessful or you submit a resume through a general application; your data will be retained in our HR pool for a maximum of 2 (two) year to be evaluated for future positions. At the end of this period or if you withdraw your explicit consent, your personal data will be removed from the data flow of our School, deleted, destroyed, or anonymization by using physical destruction, secure deletion via software, or secure deletion with expert support techniques.
Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law and GDPR provisions, you have the right to apply to our School to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction.
To exercise your rights, you can fill out the Data Subject Application Form on our website and:
- Deliver it by hand with a wet signature to the school address where you received service,
- Send it via a notary public or registered mail,
- Or send the Word or PDF file signed with a secure electronic signature to e-posta email address.
Your requests will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
