Our approach
We design and build our website with the goal of meeting WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) level AA. Accessibility is not a one-time project for us — it is ongoing work.
What we have done on this site
Key measures we take to support accessibility:
- High color contrast and comfortable text sizes for readability
- Link and button structure suitable for keyboard navigation
- Meaningful heading hierarchy and alternative text on images for screen readers
- Animations that respect the reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion)
- Touch targets large enough for easy use on mobile devices
- Skip links for keyboard users, with managed focus in menus and dialogs
- ARIA states announcing filter and accordion changes to screen readers
- Programmatic header cells in legal-document tables
- The map component (Google Maps) loads subject to cookie consent; a 'Get directions' link is provided as an alternative.
Known limitations
Some third-party content (maps, social media links, etc.) is not fully under our control and its accessibility may vary. We review these areas regularly.
